Step 01

Land Clearing & Grading

Before anything else happens on your site, CMJ removes trees, brush, roots, and debris, then shapes the land so water runs off the way it should and your foundation has something stable to sit on.

Land clearing and grading is the step that decides whether everything after it goes smoothly. Get the grade wrong here and you're chasing water problems, cracked slabs, and drainage complaints for years. CMJ shapes every site to move water away from the structure before a single footer goes in.

This is also the step most likely to hide a problem, buried debris, an unstable slope, roots too close to the build line. Chris walks every site before clearing starts so surprises get caught early, not after the crew's already committed.
