Step 04

Underground Utilities

Trench and install water lines, sewer lines, electrical conduit, and E1 grinder pumps, one contract, one crew, no separate subs to coordinate.

Water, sewer, and electrical work on a site usually means three separate contractors on three separate schedules. CMJ handles all of it under one contract, because Chris holds the licenses himself instead of subbing the work out.

That means fewer handoffs, fewer coordination gaps, and one crew that understands how all three trades connect, so drainage is solved before concrete, and utilities go in before finish grading.
