CMJ was built around a simple problem: most site prep means juggling three separate contractors, three schedules, and three sets of promises. Chris holds the licenses to handle plumbing, electrical, and septic work himself, so there's one person accountable for the whole job, not three.
The goal is straightforward: give every client in Knox County and East Tennessee the same standard of care Chris would want on his own property, whether it's a full site prep package or a single load of gravel.
As a second-generation in the world of construction, I grew up learning that my work is about more than dirt and equipment. It's about responsibility, trust, and doing the job the right way. As the owner and one of the operators, I'm very hands on with every project. I not only take pride in the quality of the work, but in the team behind it. I value my employees, strong projects start with strong people.
